📦 Pre-Sale Orders (Founder's Sale)
All orders placed during our Founder's Pre-Sale are part of a special production batch.
Pre-Sale Shipping Timeline:
- 4–6 weeks from the launch date.
This timeline allows us to:
- Manufacture fresh supplies
- Assemble each kit by hand
- Perform quality and safety checks
- Pack and ship in the order purchases were received
You will receive email updates at each stage:
- Order confirmation
- Production/assembly update
- Shipment confirmation with tracking
We do everything with care so collectors receive high-quality, fully prepared kits.
🚚 Domestic Shipping (After Pre-Sale)
Once regular inventory is available, standard shipping times are:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: Coming soon
- Free Shipping: May be offered for certain promotions
We currently ship anywhere within the United States.
📦 Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within:
- 1–3 business days for in-stock inventory
- 4–6 weeks for pre-sale inventory
Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.
📍 Tracking Your Order
A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update depending on the carrier.
✉️ Wrong Address or Delivery Issues
If you entered the wrong shipping address or need help locating a package, contact us immediately:

We will do everything we can to assist, but once an order has shipped, carrier control is limited.
